Terms & Conditions
1. Refunds & Cancellations
Stand fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 3 weeks of the event date. If you cancel earlier than 3 weeks before the event, refunds may be considered at the organiser’s discretion.
2. Health & Safety
All exhibitors must comply with the venue’s Health & Safety regulations at all times. Any electrical equipment must be PAT tested where required.
3. Insurance & Liability
Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own stands, belongings, and staff. The organisers and venue accept no liability for loss, damage, or injury. Exhibitors must hold valid Public Liability Insurance and provide evidence of cover if requested.
4. Event Management
The organiser reserves the right to amend event details, floor plans, or stand allocation if necessary. Exhibitors must set up and clear down within the allocated times provided.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment is due within 5 working days of your place being confirmed. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the organiser reserves the right to release and reallocate the stand.
Payment Details
The investment for an exhibitor stand is £150 (or as agreed).
Once we have received your completed and signed booking form along with payment, we will send you a receipt to confirm your place.
