How do I book a stand?
Request the Stand Pack and complete the enquiry form. We’ll contact you to confirm availability and discuss the next steps.
Can I choose my exact location?
We do our best to accommodate preferences; however, the final layout is curated by our team to ensure the best visibility, flow, and safety for everyone.
What’s provided with my stand?
Your stand includes the allocated space, a trestle table and chairs (on request), access to a standard power socket, a name board, and on-site support. Add-ons are available.
Do you limit supplier categories?
Yes, we do. This ensures a wide variety of services for our visitors and prevents over-saturation in any single category, which is better for both visitors and exhibitors.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Venue Wi-Fi is typically available for general use. However, if your stand is critically dependent on an internet connection (e.g., for payments), we recommend bringing your own backup hotspot.
Will you promote my business?
Yes. All exhibitors receive a listing on our site (where applicable), and we feature a selection of vendors on our social media channels and in newsletters leading up to the event.
Is there a catwalk or stage?
No. Our fair is intentionally designed to be free of stages and catwalks. This creates a relaxed atmosphere focused entirely on fostering direct, meaningful conversations between suppliers and couples.
