Yes, completely. There is no ticket price and never has been, at either show. We ask you to register your interest so we can manage numbers and send you the show-day details, but nothing is charged at any point.

Two. Surrey is Sunday 18 April 2027 at Brooklands Hotel, Weybridge, 11am to 4pm. London is Sunday 9th May 2027 at the De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden, 11am to 4pm. Both are free for couples.

The London show is our East Meets West wedding fair. It is built for couples planning an Asian, Western or fusion wedding, so every supplier in the room understands both sides of the day. Mandap and stage styling, mehndi artists and caterers who are used to a mixed guest list sit alongside bridal gowns, florists, photographers and cake designers. Two beautiful traditions, one unforgettable day.

Yes. Our London show at the Grand Connaught Rooms on Sunday 9th May 2027 is a fusion wedding fair, for Asian, Western and mixed-tradition weddings. It is free to attend and deliberately small, so you can talk to suppliers properly rather than queue.

It is not compulsory, but we strongly recommend it. We deliberately cap attendance to keep the show calm, so registered couples are guaranteed entry, and get the talks timetable and exhibitor list in advance.

Surrey: Brooklands Hotel has free on-site parking for guests. Weybridge station is around eight minutes away by taxi, with direct services from London Waterloo, and the M25 at junction 11 and the A3 are both close. London: the Grand Connaught Rooms is on Great Queen Street in Covent Garden. Holborn and Covent Garden stations are both a short walk, with Tottenham Court Road and Chancery Lane nearby and mainline connections from Charing Cross, Euston and Waterloo. Parking in Covent Garden is limited, so we would recommend coming by tube.

Please do. Most couples come with a mum, a sister, a maid of honour or a future mother in law, and a second opinion always helps. Children are welcome at both shows.

Doors open at 11am and close at 4pm at both shows. Arrive between 11 and 1 if you want the fullest exhibitor floor and the pick of the talks. After 2pm is quieter if you would rather browse slowly.

Brooklands is step-free throughout the show floor, with accessible parking close to the entrance and accessible WCs on the same level. The Grand Connaught Rooms is a Grade II listed building in central London, and the show floor is on one level. Tell us about any access needs when you register and we will make sure the day runs smoothly at either show.

Many exhibitors bring offers exclusive to the show, such as package upgrades, deposit discounts and limited show-day rates. They are valid on the day and usually for a short window afterwards.

Stands are £150 at the Surrey show and £200 at the London show. Each includes your space, a dressed trestle table, access to power, a listing on this website and access to the opted-in couple database after the show. We strictly limit how many suppliers we take in each category, so you are never one of a crowd.
